Audiences will be treated to a glimpse of Clara Schumann’s remarkable life and artistry through actress Sharon Williams’ portrayal in local authoress Judy Kirsch Maze’s theatre work based on Schumann’s diaries. Pianist Lori Sims takes on Schumann’s musical persona at the piano as one of the most important pianists and composers of the Romantic Era. Audiences will be transported to nineteenth-century Europe in the heart and mind of one of its greatest musical figures.
