The incredibly inventive pianist Sarah Rothenberg takes audiences back to mid-19th-century Paris in a unique theatrical tapestry of sight and sound. This original performance collage interweaves some of the most important works of Chopin with visual images of mid-19th-century photography, the artwork of Delacroix, and the poetry of Baudelaire to highlight and explore the daring qualities of Chopin’s great music.
